This is all I focus on. Thank you, as I suffer from depression, learning to bowl from your videos, keeps me motivated. Thank you 🙏🏾

I also found out this trick last week. It helps to prevent my body from overturning by pointing the inside part of the elbow to the right as long as possible. I can push the ball further to the right and I found out my elbow also points to the right in the follow through.

Thank you. I’m 58 and I started bowling when I was 8. In 2006 I stop bowling with a 205 average. I returned to league bowling this year and have been struggling. Your videos have helped me immensely. Thank you.

Well that makes 2 of us...exact same story and details. Crazy lol, except I came back in 2018, but damn close. Oh and I’m 42 not 58 but everything else is on point.

Your arm swing and elbow position videos just put me back on the right path again. I'm sure my adjustments on league night will show increased improvement in my games.

Every time I do that, I bowl well. I even shot 300 doing that.

at 1:58 its like you were watching me and explained what I was doing wrong, and how to fix it. Move left of 15 and struggle. Bought a bigger ball, no help. Elbow out, hand coming around/on top of the ball. Thanks for the video, will try this next practice.

Same release I have! Then I get caught up watching bowlers with revs and pins flying everywhere and I try too hard to mimic them! Are we related? HaHaHaHa.

Thanks buddy, this video describes my release to a T! When my ball isn't hooking I spin the shit out of it more and more. I've heard to keep the inside of your elbow inline with your target but I love your tip of focusing on the right wall. Too many bad habits and tips!

This video was very helpful.... I've been experiencing a lot of elbow pain and I think it's because my elbow is not tucked in enough.... I'm gonna try keeping my elbow in like you said. I like the idea of trying to throw a backup ball to help train myself. Thanks.

Tuesday I practiced keeping my elbow in tight. What a difference. Bowled four games with a 838 series. Didn't change balls one time. I used my Columbia Baller all four games. Last night in league I put the same principles to use and shot 622. Again, used only my Columbia Baller. Not one ball change.

as a tennis player who is starting to bowl better and trying to really learn the fundamentals, it is very hard for me to avoid the combo hips/shoulder rotation as my mind just tries to throw the ball with the hip and shoulder rotation to create momentum

JR, for some lefties it is hard to visualize the concept. you have to replay (repeat) the video in order to see or get the concept. Every now and again, seeing a flipped screen does wonders for us lefties. For me, its trying to see your wrist action just before the release.
