This movie is too underrated. And Bowler Hat Guy is one of the best Disney villains. 😂Where did the Disney that made this movie go?

The joke here is that Bowler Hat Guy is really incompetent as a villain, and the hat, Doris, is the mastermind, y'see. Fr though, Bowler Hat Guy 11/10.

What's interesting is as a kid when I was watching this movie for the first time and hadn't got to the end yet I thought bowler hat guy had invented Doris himself and invented his own time machine and he'd be this powerful, intelligent and epic villain who ran his own rival company, and then as the movie went on I realised that he's basically a skinny street urchin with a room temperature IQ and without Doris at his side he's basically completely harmless.
