I bought this Claret Ash bowl blank a while ago and I wasn’t quite sure what I was going to do with it. As I was looking through my tool chest for a router bit, I found this bag of black Obsidian inlay material. I forgot I had it. So, the idea formed to combine the two as I thought the Obsidian would stand out nicely against the light colour of the wood.
The bowl is 15cm in diameter and 5cm deep.
