Thank you very much for uploading. I remember this airing and loved seeing Randy Potter demonstrate. I still think today I wonder how strong is Randy? I sure wouldn't want to pick a fight with him. He looks like he could bench press 300 lbs and win arm wrestling with anybody. You could probably throw rocks at his abs and the rocks would shatter.

People that do manual labour have way more endurance than gym rats.... gym rats just don't have "farmer strength" most times either, the ability to pick up bales of hay for hours and fling them onto truck beds, for example. However, Bowflex is good and I use it. I like it. It think it's better than machines which provide total smooth tracks to lift (we use stabilizer muscles with the Bowflex) I'm just not sure about doing too many of the exercises that isolate one muscle, like biceps curls, or triceps pull downs. It's best to use many muscles together, squats, deadlifts, pullups, that sort of thing..... :-)

I know the title to this video says that it was from 2001, but I actually remember this specific infomercial from 1999. That’s the year I bought the Bowflex Power Pro and I got it because of this infomercial. Another thing of note…in this infomercial they have you call their number to order the Bowflex. Not a website given in the infomercial. Bowflex must not have had a website at that time but I’m sure they would have by 2001-02. And if they did have a website in 1999, I probably wouldn’t have been able to access it with my creep-along 14.4 modem. Haha.
