I'm looking for a speaker that can only run on battery energy, and have very big wattage power handling, also portable

Would these allow for multichannel audio when paired with the wedge, or say duos+bass with formation audio connected to TV?

Is it possible to use a pair of flex in stereo with a PC or TV without having to by the streamer for 700$? If not I wouldn’t call them flexible ...

I'm reasonably sure the LDAC was kicking Apt-X HD's butt in 2019 ;) en.wikipedia.org/wiki/LDAC_(codec) To be fair, what matters is what comes out of the speaker(s) - I'd like to hear these (and the Wedge) deployed as a stereo pair. Presentation-wise, I'd try decaf and/or slowing the narration down a smidge.

This is NOT fully roon ready is still uncertified by Roon !!

I was really hoping for a good Sonos alternative, unfortunate they're not there yet.

This one requires a power supply at all times so there is no battery. Hope that helps!

This is a copy of the Sonos one, but it looks like it has bad cellulite!! The Sonos one does everything and more than this does and it is priced at £199. Sorry I would not pay double for a fancy name.
