I just got a nail mail of bow thermals & magnetics but they sent a free solar. I didn’t know what to expect and it actually startled me, lol. I thought it was just a term for thermal and it was a 2 color peach/orange thermal. Then I went outside, the sun hit my hands & it turned purple. I love it.

@@melpomenimandy just like how thermal polishes stay alive longer stored in cool spaces, solar polishes keep their integrity best when stored away from sun, like in a dark shut cupboard, if that makes sense. (◍ ´꒳` ◍)

I bought a solar and it goes from light blue to just a bit lighter blue. I'm so sad as I can't even see it. I emailed to ask them and they said it's just subtle. They don't carry it anymore, I wonder if that's why.

I love thermal polishes. They never cease to entertain me as they shift, and I end up staring at my nails constantly. I really love mutation! That's such a good vibe. Also, I love the orange eye shadow :D Your eye makeup is always so great!

I usually don't like how thermal polishes look but oh my gosh the thermals with the iridescent flakies as well as the first tri thermal polish are absolutely stunning 😍

I remember having a thermal polish in elementary and I could not stop staring at my nails haha! I'm definitely interested in these especially the tricolors and the ones with unicorn flakes!!

I have several bow polishes because I followed your link to lollipolish awhile back! I have: Mutation, Winds of Change, Varials, Sunny and Miracle and I absolutely love them all, they are super duper easy to use, quick drying, self leveling, all the things! Winds of Change is super dramatic and constantly changing which I love!!

I have a few thermal polishes from bow polish. I prefer the thermals from kbshimmer. Kbshimmer actually has a tri thermal like bow polish utopia. It has a holographic shimmer though.

KBShimmer has a much friendlier price point AND more product per bottle, too. I really like the brand. :)

I would definitely be okay with Mutation settling into that gorgeous dark green and staying that way. 😍

I love bow polish! I love their clear to black thermal cuz when you do stamping with black it kinda disappears and reappears as you are cold and warm.

I'm definitely falling in love with this brand FAST. They are so different from other indies I've got!

The tri-thermals are really interesting. Years ago I bought some polish from Del Sol that changes color in sunlight. I lost it not long after. I recently found it, and it is completely clear, at least inside. From your answer about how long the thermals last, maybe I have the explanation for the change.

I love both of the flash reactive polishes, and the thermals are also so pretty! Glad you mentioned they have a shelf-life though, there's no way I can go through a whole bottle in under a year. Gave me some fun ideas for gradients though!

They also have some that are solar. So they change thermal color as normal, but then have a new set of colors in the sun. So 4 colors. Super cool.

I enjoy when you pick a bunch of polishes. The collections are nice of course, but the variety is better when you pick them.

My bow polish winds of change is so fun with the color change effect but I have to add a holo taco to get the shimmer because all i see in mine is weird whitish silver specks.. but with the holo taco I'm obsessed with winds of change I think mutation is my fav here

They look so cool for going dancing 🕺💃 and hanging out in the city 🤣

I love thermals but not when it changes to these washed out colours. I tend to run hot so I need something that moves from one colour to another. Firestarter might be one I could work with.

Utopia was so trippy when you were swatching it. The color on the brush is purple but it’s green on your nail 🤯

I have thermals from some brands that are 5-6 years old that still transition and other brands that die in less than a year. It definitely helps to store them in a cool, dark place but some brands will die fast no matter how you store them.

Yeah I definitely find that some brands last longer than others! I had a Starrily thermal last for about two years, but a Cirque one I had back in the day only lasted two months haha!

It does suck and that is why I stopped buying thermals :( I also try to stop buying neons as they fade. My cirque vitamin D faded and haven't worn it once before it did...

I love collecting them!! I try to stagger them so I don't order a bunch at once and then have them settle into one color around the same time haha but I just get overexcited and get a bunch at once!

I bought the reflective polishes after your last review. While I love the look of them, mine didn't apply nearly as easily as your swatches (they seemed much thicker) and I had reflective glitter EVERYWHERE when I took them off. Beautiful but a little messy. I also bought others from Lollipolish, specifically 'Ocean Lies' that was a gorgeous aqua shimmer polish. Love that one and it was easy to apply and remove.

@@KelliMarissa I only tried the one called 'Drifter', but I have 2 others I haven't tried yet. The ones from today's swatch went on really easily and the Lime one is calling my name! I just did my mani on Sunday, but I'm going to try a different one next Sunday to see if it's a better consistency. I think they look so cool so maybe adding thinner will help if the next one is also a bit thick. LOVE your swatching reviews!

I was just thinking I don't have enough thermal polishes. I always need at least 3 coats for thermals. The lightest color is usually pretty sheer, but it's hard to see because it goes dark/ cold while I'm painting.

You should pop your thermals on your toes, it's fun watching which toes are cold and which are warm 🤣 just remember you've put a thermal on when you go out for a drink, I was really confused whilst drunk and thought I'd put two different polishes as one foot was warm and one was cold 🤣🤣🤣🤣

I know this is completely unrelated to this video but just found out that enchanted polish have Closed down on an indefinite break. I loved their polishes and I know you did too. Hope the owner is ok. I think they sited health issues as the reason 😞

I'm kinda confused since i thought Bowpolish isn't cruelty free. Do you maybe have any links to that? I did stop buying them since products being cruelty free is very important to me. Bowpolish isn't sure about one ingredient.. the manufacturer won't say anything about that, and usually, that isn't a good sign..

Hey Sacha! I was just going off of the information on the LolliPolish website - it says on each polish listing that the brand is "Big 5 Free, Vegan, and Cruelty Free"!

@@KelliMarissa I looked into it and Bow Polish themselves do not seem to advertise themselves as a Cruelty Free brand and Vegan. Whatupbeauty (or formerly whatsupnails) also stocks Bow Polish and does not list them as Cruelty Free nor Vegan just that they are 5 Free. I also cannot find that information on the Dance Legend website, who I believe either owns Bow Polish but I am not sure of that. I think you should look into this to be fair because it may be misinformation that Lollipolish is giving you and I don't mean to blame you for it. Lollipolish may not know either but it is good to ask especially if some of your audience do care about it.
