I sure like that area that you're in there rust demonstrating the Bounty Hunter Discovery 3300. What a beautiful place man. I could stay there forever.

Have not used mine for years. Hope it still operates properly. Mine is the Radio Shack version of the Discovery 3300. While pinpointing, you can tap the pinpoint button repeatedly on some detectors, and it will make the target appear smaller, and therefore easier to pinpoint.

The Birthday Fairys brought me one of these ..... i live directly on the line of the westwall in Germany ...... thank you for taking the time to make this video sir .... I'm now off detectoring armed with all the information i need .... thank you 🙏 👊

I lost my coil bolt and fixed it with hot glue.

hello, will this detector detect gold nuggets? if so what would it fall under in the metal categories on the LCD display? Also if i was searching for a coin at a 2 inch depth but the sensitivity is set for a 4 inch depth would the detector still read the coin? thanks

WyattEarp387 Yes the 4" coil is more sensitive to smaller lower conductors like small gold nuggets.

Mine is not working where I can put a nail or coin on it and it will make the beeping sound sometimes and the when I use the pinpoint feature it just make a really loud noise even if I hold it in the air next to no metals

Hello- Are you moving the coil? The coil has to be in motion to detect metal. Please contact us, this unit has a 5 year warranty.

What difference is there between this and the fisher f4 ? Is it programming?

They look similar and in function have many of the same characteristics but also various difference, including coil availability and plug types.

Just hit the DISC A/M button and you'll leave pinpoint mode and enter AM. Tap it again and you'll go into DISC mode.

The Discovery 3300 has an MASP of 349.00...But if you look around you can find it at a lower price.

7 fucking inches are about 18 cm

disappointing explanation indeed
