The smell problem has been corrected. Now that I have a V2 that doesn’t smell I am quite happy with it.

I have been wanting this belt, but I just do not like the brown(ish) color of the belt itself. The plates look great, but I really think the belt should be black not brown.

I know the original strap was a burgundy this comes close. My only gripe with it was the stitching should have been white.

I just ordered mine. I can’t wait until it arrives. This belt is awesome and still looks way better than the new world heavyweight title.

Thanks for the video. I have been thinking about getting one, however I was unaware of any smell coming off the strap. Judging from the date of your video it’s been five months, and I would like to know if the smell is still present, and if so, is it still as bad as when you first got it?

No smell at all.

My one smelt so bad my lungs were on fire, I had dizzy spins and a serious headache. The 'plating' looks like acrylic paint to me, even the snaps are dull and non reflective so it's deliberate, nothing looks like reflective metal which makes it look plastic. I even had gold paint bleeding so I think it's just been spray painted gold and silver instead of electroplating. I end up sending mine back

A & J Belts are selling it as well. Are they reliable? And will it still have an "odor"? How does a belt smell though?

I also had to exchange mine due to the odor. The first one was horrible and it wasn’t getting any better. The 2nd one had a slight odor and it’s gone now.

@@cchisolm92ccit’s hard to explain it was the strap that smelled but it was very very strong. It made my entire home office smell. If I sniff the strap, I can still smell it, but it doesn’t take up the whole office. I wonder if they pulled them because of this because they told me they had 1500 of them in stock so I know they didn’t sell out. I may have to call them.

@@jamstarent21 Yes I sent it back on Monday. As I was standing in line at the post office I could smell it seeping through the cardboard box. Now, it looks like it is sold out again. When I called WWE shop the woman said I was the third person to tell her it smelled and she said she would report the issue. She couldn’t have been more accommodating.

@Nightrain76 I was close to returning it, but it was because it went on sale days later after ordering. If you order again some fabreeze on the belt bag and give a wipe to the strap with wet cloth.

What a point ordering bad smelling belts from wwe when you can order from a guy that makes real belts for wwe almost a real replica that won't smell bad + it will be hand made. I did that and I'm glad to have it in the future i will order a few more

I’ve ordered plenty of handmade belts and very few makers get the art right and almost every boot I have has the backing of the leather peeling off.

Probably Pakistan customs looking 😂thru pkg is why it’s opened ?
