Washed toor dal - 100 grams
Green chilli - 2
Onion - 1
Tomato - 1
Chilli powder - ½ teaspoon
Water - 2 cups
Asafoetida
Turmeric powder
Salt
Tamarind juice of amla size
Oil - 1 tbl spoon
Mustard - ½ teaspoon
Urad dal - ½ teaspoon
Cumin seeds - ½ teaspoon
Chopped shallots - 10
Chopped garlic cloves - 5
Dry chilli - 2
Curry leaves
Coriander leaves
