Hello. I have never had Botox before, but was just wondering, how effective is Botox at stopping fasciculations? I’ve been having twitching in both of my calves for the last 7 months, and would Botox be an effective treatment to stop this?

They are doctors, they have a practical outlook on life. Most of them would never think to try it. They view cosmetic surgery as a profitable business venture. It's one of the fastest ways for someone with an MD to make serious money in this country, especially because you're not required to have Board Certifications to perform injections.
