I do know that the 2007-08 Stars "Slip and goal" by the Oilers Ales Hemsky has made it into the intro. Easily the greatest playing botch in NHL history. (Greatest Miscellaneous botch goes to the Sharks mascot being stuck above the ice in 1998-99)
