Let us be clear, President Biden, according to his own statement, appointed Ketanji Brown to the Supreme Court for the same reason he chose Kamala Harris for Vice President, both are 1) Black, and 2) both are women. If that's not discrimination on the basis of gender and race, I don't know what is. As far as intellect, when Ketanji Brown was asked by Senator Ted Cruz if she knew what a "woman" was, she answered in the negative. The best argument against affirmative action is Ketanji Brown herself, they care only about race and perhaps because of people like them, this Nation is more divided than ever between the races. If we want to stop discrimination we must stop discriminating, apparently Ketanji doesn't get it, which is to be expected.

KBJ is THE most experienced and qualified candidate on the Supreme Court. The fact that she is black and a woman is a plus.

Check out her sentencing history when it comes to sentencing Child Predators... She seems to admire them , most often giving them the bare minimum sentence that she could possibly give. That says alot about who she is.

She graduated Summa Cum laude from Harvard and cum laude from Harvard law school. She got where she is through hard work and dedication. I couldn’t be more proud!😊 Btw she also made law review so do your research before you make racist remarks, thank you and have a great day.
