It's not impossible, Dante's boss is based on actual player physics and hitboxes minus a few exceptions like Judgement, plus they both are shown to be able to target and be damaged by a multitude of enemy types in the credits. I just wonder when it will happen.

It is the one thing I've wanted most since even DMC3. A pity that AI vs AI modding is so niche, at least outside of the souls-games. Though if I had to wager, it would not be nearly as interesting as one might hope for. There's just too much super-armor at play for each of them, it'd be 90% face-tanking attacks.

@@vadandrumist1670 Eh, they'd face tank things, yes, but their attacks are obviously timed differently, and they lose that armor after attacking, they'll hit each other around plenty.

@@Mwright4444 What do you mean by "obviously timed differently"? Having different recovery frames and the windup for at least Slay All, sure, but I don't see how that's a "but" to the face-tanking. And while they may lose the invincibility frames after attacking they very quickly enter a defensive mode before setting up their next and likely uninterruptable attack. Most likely it'll just be whoever's attack chain ends first that takes the damage, more often Virgil than Dante comparing the length of attack chains. Though it's not the amount of "hit around" that I take umbrage with, but the lack of back-and-forth and reactivity. Like I said, better than most, since they at least can act defensively, but since it's so artifical to dictate turns since neither of them can do so reactively it'd just be barely above mashing the two against each other like dolls. When one reaches their limit and counters if the other is in super-armor they'll just keep attacking through it, and we have seen plenty of how even if they miss they just keep the attack chain going, so evading after taking enough damage will be clunky to say the least.

Are you using fluffy mod manager if so you could try harder dante or just fight both brothers at the same time also there is a harder bloody palace mod if your interested in beating it with style 😊

Too much power in only one video

I installed everything properly and I also managed to use 2 boss moves, but I noticed that your health bar is different, it has 3 swords on it, while mine uses the classic Vergil concentration bar. Are you playing using DLC Vergil or you're actually playing the boss version? I remember another trainer allows you to do it.

Are those mods still working in 2024? It seems the new version of SSSyan trainer doesn't have the vergil movesets anymore.

The boss moveset is no longer available with the latest version update, so you will need to downgrade the game and install one more previous version of SSSiyan. ↓DMC5.exe for downgrade infernalwarks.boards.net/thread/127/backup-tutorial-devil-cry-exe

We using a mod called Alpha and the omega moves, which requires a separate application called Cheat engine to run. Mod→www.nexusmods.com/devilmaycry5/mods/1703 Cheat engine→www.cheatengine.org/

Its because max concentration with Vergil will automatically parry attacks
