Well fuck yeah. There's no way you're getting more than 20 miles on one of those, before your pant leg burns off, and your back needs a chiropractor. Any bike that isn't at least practical, is worthless. Even those showy choppers from OCC and WCC are at least feasible to ride. Then again, I'll never understand why you need more than 2 cylinders to move a motorcycle.

Christopher Smith you miss the point. The loud & overweight America is both a stereotype of their tourist abroad and and archetype of America as it projects itself around world. There are lots of people who are large from overeating in many countries. But they rarely take up space ( physically and metaphorically) the way many Americans do, regardless of their physical size. Specifically carbon footprints and cultural hegemony. This bike is the epitome of that.

What am I supposed to be jealous of? I would have to actually want one, to be jealous. There is nothing there that I want. It's a piece of shit. A motorcycle should be functional. There's nothing functional about these things, outside of novelty, or maybe a day at the track.

I have ridden the small block Boss Hoss. I rode one right after they came out. A buddy had one and would let anyone on it. It came to a bad end, oddly enough. The small block chevy version was surprisingly well balanced and nimble. It really was not hard to ride at all. I probably put 300 miles on it one afternoon and came away impressed. Years later I have been around a couple of the big block version and was NOT impressed. Brag bikes strictly. Stupid looking clumsy things.....pffffffftttttttt.

You know, maybe it's hard to believe, but some people don't give a flying fuck about performance, practicality, or whatever else you have in your mind. Some of them, have a "I like it so I'm gonna do it" mentality. Seriously, this shit is so nuts that it is amazing how fucking nuts it is, and I fucking love them for it. Besides, most of them are show bikes that are rarely ridden...people having these things do have at least 2 or 3 bikes in addition.

There is nothing badass about them. They're fuck-ugly, terrible fuel economy, handle worse than a chopper with ridiculous forks, cost more than any human should ever spend on a bike, and there's no way you're going to ride it more than 20 miles without stopping. I'll stick to my V-Twin Harley. Everything I need, nothing that I don't.
