That could be from the TV broadcast this could possibly be from for all I know. Point is no stupid shit covering the whole video as a channel plug.

Actually I went ahead and looked into it out of curiosity, Telegenics was a promotional music video subscription service, that would send you a tape with a compilation of music videos every month, that operated for 11 years between 1983 and 1994. There are bafflingly many digitalizations of this video so I uploaded the most (in my opinion) deserving of archival one here, there is probably a clean HQ (4:3) one, with no biotext, (or whatever they're called) out there. They don't bother me though, they're common place unless an MV is officially uploaded from an archive by the artist, and they are kind of historical. I even replicated one in my music video.

And as a last note I will criticize that I think parts of the video were shot in 60fps, but only 30 is present in this rip. No tape artifacting though, which is more important in my opinion.
