There are like 5 roscoes in LA he coulda went to the one by LAX or Hollywood but that one on Manchester and main sits in a area that multiple notorious gangs patrol that are already beefing with each other. Gang culture in LA is a way of life its different than typical hood beef. It’s murder games and if you’re an unfamiliar face in the wrong area you will be addressed as a potential threat or treated like food in PNBs case.
