how long is the course over the 3 days? Is it standard 10 hour days? and If so how hard? It looks fairly easy here but I'm interested.

Norwegian training has the same exercise.

goodluck. it's fun if u know how to swim, For non-swimmers however, it helps not to panic.

I did it in 2004, is the biggest stupidity than I attend in my life.I check on the internet and there is NOT any single case when from an helicopter felt in to the water , somebody to survive ! NEVER, NOBODY !!! Is just a simple waste of time for students and filling the pockets of the "organizers" with money !
