Hope all of you are doing well! Just wanted to mention that the grill of the Bose Soundlink Flex is made out of a powder coated steel grill not plastic like I mentioned in the video. This steel grill is super high quality and lightweight allowing the speaker to be very portable!

Is the sound output of soundlink flex 30w?

I really like this speaker. It is absolutely beautiful and awesome!

I bought 2 for stereo-pairing. Just incredible. I promise to anyone watching this video, or reading my comment: You're not going to find a better speaker for the money.

@@1234ajinomoto They will continuously play while music is pumping through them. If no music is playing, they will shut off automatically in about 20 minutes or so.

@@MrPhinn1 - I agree with you. I bought the Flex about 2 weeks ago, and I am also impressed with the sound. I also have a Bose Soundlink Color 2 from a couple years ago so I have been using both the SLC2 and the Flex in stereo mode, and they sound wonderful. I am sure it would sound even better with 2 Flexes.

I agree 💯% Nothing beats this perfectly equalized and powerful and ABSOLUTELY PERFECT Bluetooth speakers

I have a pair of these for a year now, i love them, they sound unbelievable good, especially in Stereo mode. The clarity and the bass quality competing with my bookshelf speakers. The implementation of the old bluetooth 4 is so good that beats in terms of sound quality most of my other aptxHD stuff at home. Bluetooth connection is rock solid too. When using a pair in Stereo mode would be better to rename the one of the speakers through the app, avoiding that way the streaming device to confusing if the speakers have exactly the same name. They are expensive, but they worth the price .

Just bought the Flex and I'm very pleased with it. It was the Flex or Charge 5 and here's my take: Pros: -Sound is loud and balanced with good bass. My room is 4m x 3m and it's loud enough at 50% volume. I'm usually at 20-30% volume most days -R&B and Jazz is pleasing. The charge 5 seems "clearer" due to the higher mids and treble but sounds a little "canned" and may be irritating after 30mins or more -Adjusts to it's position so it's sound doesn't change too much -It's elegant and has a premium and sturdier feel -Bluetooth connects easily and the connection doesn't break -Can be paired with other Bose soundlink speakers for stereo sound -Connect to multiple bluetooth devices at once -Has an in-built mic which is pretty good for calls -Will float in case you drop it in the pool Cons: -No adjustable EQ -The bass starts to struggle at volumes of 80% and above

I have both the Emberton Gen 1 and the Bose Flex. They both sound great, and they both have their strengths. I think the Flex has a slight advantage here. The Flex sounds slightly better because it's more consistent with different types of music. I listen to a lot of classical as well as rock, pop, blues, etc. But on the other hand, the Emberton seems like it has slightly more bass and the highs really come through and are really clear, the mids are slightly pulled back compared to the bass and treble. If you are listening to the Emberton in an open space and moving around, you will notice it fills the room better being that it also has speakers facing the back as well. Certain music really sounds better on the Emberton, especially rock, pop, blues, jazz, it does make certain music sound really good. The one disadvantage with the Emberton is if you're listening to quieter music, or portions of a song that are quieter, you have to crank up the volume to hear it, and then if the song/music has a portion which is louder and has vocals entering or more instruments joining in, then you have to adjust the volume down, whereas the Flex you can just leave at one volume level and it doesn't need to be adjusted up and down. The Flex also has slightly more mids. Both are good choices, and each person will have their own preferences.

Thank you; finally someone played music you could understand, and not noise. $ 150 for this little speaker is to high a price. It's not the money, the quality needs to be better !
