Thx a lot I was having one earbud not recognizing when it was in my ear. I tried all of the steps on the web site. And your video is the only thing that got them working normal again

According to the manual, this procedure needs to be executed 3 times in a row for a true factory reset. If you perform it only once, it will only clear the Bluetooth device list. I can confirm that this is correct. I had an issue where the right plug wasn‘t recognized by the case anymore. So it would not turn off when inserted. Only after the factory reset (3 times this procedure) did it work correctly again.

I can't get the blue flashing light only white. Is there some step I'm missing?

I had so many issues and returned it

@@nervana1 i took it for a repair and the guy said I need to clean it with a toothbrush and he cleaned it for me. Its all good now

Worst purchase I ever made... Audio it's load... But making a phone audio is low... They need to fix it with an update.. That a if it can b fix lol
