I thought this is a great video...states there is a blockage between the pump and the water inlet. Removing is more involved and more videos need to be seen…. Thanks for doing a great job making this video!

Thanks for the taking the time to make such video! You saved me a bunch of time as I was trying to figure it out the best way to open the machine. I had to combine it by watching some other videos as I needed to actually replace the pump, so in regards to how to remove it and connect it back I had to look it up some other channels Be safe!

Thanks for your expert presentation. Perhaps I missed it, perhaps it doesn't work...but seemed to because I got five washes out if it...I cut the electric by unplugging. Thought to lose the settings, begin again after clearing. Here I am. New error code. Consumers are being sold a bill of goods. Dishwashers have been around for 60 years. Why now these problems? You can see waiting for special pick up...these appliances are not lasting. I've had this two months. It's not just the cost of the appliance, it's shoe leather going to the stores, comparing online, waiting for scheduling to install, taking off from work, dirty dishes. Thanks for posting, a soothing and knowledgeable voice helps.

Correction: to remove heat pump you don't need to take bottom panel off. It comes out through the front or even easier is to take RHS panel off ,remove PCB, this will give you nice access to wash motor ( heat pump) 15 min job.

Thank you - it looks like the plumber replaced the inlet pipe with a longer one which doesn't look like it has the large second filter. I have an e21 error and it the inlet pipe itself looks clear but just wanted to see if that would trigger it

Correction on your video - the back round piece you referred to as the drying fan doesn't exist. That is the water inlet.

Sorry, I am not familiar with the washing machines

The dishwasher doesn’t have a dryer fan it dries by pre charging the inlet chamber with cold water and condensing the steam
