Yeah. I would've originally thought that as well. But the panel in chapter 79 where we actually saw the planet be affected but the shinjutsu, I think that was very intentional on the writer's part. I think the reason why Code was affected ties back into his claw marks. Code doesn't have a complete karma like Kawaki or Boruto. Meaning his claw marks are his only method of entering Isshiki's dimension. Those claw marks would connect both dimensions and I feel that through the claw marks the jutsu seeped into Isshiki's dimension and affected him. I suspect the same does not apply to Naruto or Hinata since the Daikokuten dimension is cut off from space and time completely. Nor do I think it applies to the dimensions in which the summoning animals exist.

Do we know for sure Code was in a different dimension at the time of Omnipotence? We saw in TBV that Code is leaving claw marks all over the place. He may have been on the Earth at the time.

Boruto will get way more op as his little sister is now immortal.
