Regarding Momoshiki getting lucky with Boruto: he did check Boruto's fate/future with his Byakugan before implanting his Karma on him so it wasn't completely random.

But before the sacrifice takes place. The Otsusuki lower in ranking also puts his karma into someone, so he can be reborn later. So your point doesn't makes sense. The main reason why Kaguya ditched Isshiki was because she had a free will and got attached to the planet earth unlike the other lower ranked partners. That's the main reason she turned on him. It was like she was a more of higher rank than the lower

Momoshiki didn't get lucky. He chose Boruto. He was the perfect vessel because of Naruto and Hinata's Six Paths genetics. Naruto had Hagoromo chakra and Hinata had Hamura chakra. That's why Momoshiki said he'd strongly inherited the power of the Otsutsuki. There's no way Boruto would have been able to keep up with a fatigued Momoshiki, but they didn't know that. Right before he was 'defeated' by Boruto, Momoshiki froze time, went right through the Rasengan, implanted the karma into Boruto, and allowed the Rasengan to vaporize him. That's why Sasuke looked so worried.

That's still very lucky, look how hard Isshiki had to search for someone compatible, Boruto was the perfect vessel and Momishiki definitely lucked out by having Boruto be there instead of someone less compatible

@Opinan Los Jóvenes RD We don't know, there is no evidence that Kawaki has any biological ancestors related to the Otsutsuki like Boruto does. Maybe it's not as much DNA as it's just to affinity or something, Boruto is weird anyway thanks to Jogan shenanigans. Untill we know exactly what makes them a good vessel it's impossible to say because as of now Kawaki has no ties to Otsutsuki heritage like Boruto has but he is still a perfect vessel

that thing was anime only to begin with and assuming you've seen all the anime (i have only seen up until the few chuunin arc episodes after this arc) i assume they didn't bring it back anymore and have no plans of bringing it back just pretending like it never existed.

@@adityasharma0376 people always refer to chapter 1 but that's the byakugan.. the jogan is an anime creation. maybe you can refer to me somewhere where kishimotos says its the jogan. but even if he did i think they pulled back on that idea. it doesn't even make sense that he has such an eye in exactly that eyeball before the karma. the eye in chapter 1 looks exactly the same as the eye in chapter 43 (when borushiki fights boro)

It's literally explained episode 206. Karma can absorb any chakra based attack like Ameterasu but not real physical things like Natural rivers or fire. And Jigen also could not shrink it because of how weakened he is, at full power Jigen could have just shrunk the flames despite the fact they can't be absorbed.
