For anyone watching this class plz rectify the loan amount in Illustration 1 from 50 lakhs to 120 lakhs . 1. This question is misprinted in old module and has been rectified in the new . 2. Even though it is misprinted it has solved it by considering loan amount as 120 lakhs. 3. The question shows the 50 lakhs loan taken but doesn't tell about how much of the own money and how much of the loan money has been used for different activities . 4. This point is kind of silly one as if we see the interest is 18 lakhs on 50 lakhs loan which is about 36% . No company would take a loan with such high interest rate.

Int rate will be 15%(18/120) not 36%. And loan amount is utilized in proportion basis which is given in ques, read the ques carefully one more time. Sir jo padha rhe h vo old book h 2018-19 ki
