Wow what a beautiful warm day we had at the epic born survivor course today ! The mud was flying , the scene was busy and the water... actually not to cold ha-ha !
After racing here in 2018 it was an absolute pleasure to be back, and again wow the changes and improvement that ahs happened since then ahs only made this one better !
This one really dose test you mentally on a few of the obstacles, especially the one called fire trenches. I was abit nervous going back to this one as I swallowed something on course and paid for it dearly ha-ha! Lessons learnt , always spit :) Anyway hope you enjoy the footage caught on route as much as we did making it !

Ahhh you were in the small wave! Hope you had a great day, nice to see the course as I didn't get chance to check it out! Too busy in the Land Rover 😂 great video

Thank you it was s pleasure to be there ! Great music on course also 🤘 We were in the 12:40 wave that I think went out at about 1ish Perfect day for it ! Hope you had a great day also 😊

Cheers 😊 our wave was 1pm but I believe we managed to get on the 12:40 wave so towards the final few waves of the day 🤘 hope you had a good race !
