I long believed this to be lost from the internett, until i recently happened upon it again by chance. One of the greatest whitewater kayak beater carnage videos of all time. Originally posted to the youtube channel "Kayaking Latvia", i have taken it upon myself to preserve this gem of a video, with its original creator having been deleted from youtube apparently. Any rights are credited to the original creator.

It s remembering me a glorious time period in the Kayak sports, the best of my life🎉 Thank you so much for this, made my day happy 😅 Maybe level of difficulties and risks were not so high than later on the creeks and rivers, but fun was as high as never more 😂

If you are willing, could it be possible for me to contact you through email, and ask you some questions about the backstory of this kayaking trip? i am currently writing a university paper on risk and safety in whitewater kayaking, so i am very interested in hearing more about the decision making you did on this trip, and how you personally experienced the incidents that are on display in this video. Though many would probably be very critical towards your decisions on this trip, i am mainly interested in hearing your story with your own words! (i will not publish anything in my paper, unless you would consent to it :)

That is a rare quality you guys have, to laugh at yourself. That pole dance, unique. Although the dangerous situations made my toes curl, there were rescuers so it was not as risky as it looks.
