    I've been playing in bands for 20 years, and this exactly how it sounds at practice when all of us are goofing off, not giving a fuck at random during the practice. This is the part of practice that isn't rehearsed or brought up as a tangible song idea, but this is how other songs are created, seriously. This is brilliant.

    This sounds like the Gremlins, Slimer from Ghostbusters, and Oscar the Grouch got together and downed a bunch of shrooms and mezcal, then got all their green-haired animatronic muppet goblin friends, dressed up like pirates, and raided a Guitar Center one Easter weekend in an attempt to play selections from Cacophony (Rudimentary Peni) and all the early Butthole Surfers records, and having failed to bring any CDs or sheet music, just decided to make their own records. This record could be played at a day care center in order to figure out which kids are going to be THOSE kids--ya know, THOSE kids. It's definitely growing on me.

    @KingCrimson1982

    Because of Nirvana. Nirvana becoming huge started a major label feeding frenzy for alternative rock. Remember, Melvins and Mr. Bungle were on major labels at one point.

    KingCrimson1982 True, Mr. Bungle in particular came to mind. Both them and Boredoms were Warner, too. Also, some of Melvins' Houdini featured production by Cobain. Thank you for your insight, sir.

    William Cox Production by Cobain on Houdini is bullcrap, King Buzzo already stated that several times. Same with Lorax on bass.
