theres a very slow and painful way of doing mad moxxi's dlc, you basically have to use corrosive or fire to make the bodies disappear so it doesn't crash the game which is normally the bodies left on the ground after they get killed.

Maybe that's why it ended up working for me in the end as I had a lot of fire mods on my character!

That crash on Mad Moxxis Underdome would have had a controller through the wall... My condolences 🙏

I'm honestly surprised I was so cool about it but again, I knew it was a possibility. I'm just thankful I never have to touch Mad Moxxi's underdome ever again!

That shotgun a viewer gave you was modded to do infinite damage.

I've done the borderlands platinum twice but never put the time in for 100%ing the DLC. Props to you!

Did this myself mid last year, plan to finally 100% plat all the games myself and did everything up until underdome dlc ended up havung to throw a party where me and 5 or so buddys took turns doing the arena battles

I have the platinums on every borderlands game but there is absolutely no chance I ever 100% this game. doing the underdome maps over and over until you get lucky enough for them not to crash the game before you finish is misery

Good job on finishing it! It's also a grind I want to go through in the Future, but some parts really look like torture. But if I feel like giving up, I'll just rewatch this video.

I just did this on Xbox and MAN was it a GRIND. I was burnt out and still had 10-15 hours to go. Got it done though and so did you good job man! I uninstalled it maybe 2.5 seconds after the last achievement popped just like you 😂💀

It really is an unnecessary grind due to the DLC, I don't think I've uninstalled a game quicker and yet been excited to play the sequel 😂

Yeah with me after the first game I always skip the arena dlcs in the sequels, I just hate wave base gameplay loops especially with it being on a single map

As a person who's beaten all 4 main games I recommend the pre sequel first since it's considered harder because the enemies are more powerful and all around its a less enjoyable experience but it's gets that out of the way

If you think this is exhausting try out Arkham City, I have borderlands platinumed across Xbox 360, PS3 & 4 along with PC but it being my #1 nostalgia game its basically engrained in the brain 😅

I actually got the 100% a long time ago for this game.....after that, i stopped 100%ing trophies for every game afterwards. (Unless i really love the game) Borderlands DLC killed my 100% ocd 😂. I just go for the Platinums now

@@MayorHairBear These DLC trophies are fucking traumatizing, and a complete waste of time. The one that stands out to me the most is the The Underdome fights. I had infinite shields, and one-shot weapons, AND IT STILL took hours of my life from me. Made me want to quit video games forever, yo. Lol

Borderlands is such a great game, I absolutely love this series. Congrats on the 100%! I'm thinking about picking it up on PS4 and doing it again, but I've already done the 100% three times on Xbox and idk if I wanna go through Moxxi a 4th time lmao. Luckily, I've only ever had to do that Claptrap item grind once on the original 360 version. The Japanese version didn't have that dlc, and the X1 version popped all those achievements when I transferred my save. Too bad it didn't pop the Moxxi arenas... lmao

Oh Christ you talking about one the game's DLC packs being horrible brings me back to Ghost of Tsushima's Legend Mode where I spent 3 hours trying to complete the Raid chapters but the server crashed near the end of Chapter 2, THE LONGEST F***ING CHAPTER of the raid, requiring me to put 6 whole hours just for the sake of 100%

Hell yeah dude good luck playing the borderlands franchise with the dlcs. Before you played borderlands 2 play first borderlands prequel with the dlcs is a prequel to borderlands 2 so play that one first
