BORDER PATROL CHECKPOINT, I-35, ENCINAL, TEXAS, U.S.A.

Located 30 miles north of Laredo, TX, U.S.A. on Interstate 35.
Piece of advice for anybody driving thru similar checkpoints:
- prepare in advance your ID documents: driver's license, passport, etc.,
- open ALL windows of your vehicle/truck so the border agent will be able to visualize that you do not have anything illegal in your vehicle,
- be polite, never argue with them, do not be confrontational, they are out there solely to prevent any illegal stuff (drugs, guns or people/mostly from Mexico) getting into the country.
They are doing an exceptional job and therefore we all MUST support them.

    you know what's crazy? the k9's are often not even used. ask any truck driver that regularly comes out of Laredo, Tx. the amount of drugs that come through during certain windows of time must be astonishing. they give the k9 a break without having another k9 cover the break time.

    11M+ illegal foreign migrants in USA most of them from MEXICO but also from Guatemala, Honduras and El Salvador (famous M-13 gangs), also most of the illegal drugs come into the country from Mexico as well. You're lucky that UK has no land border with a country full of economically poor ppl who speak no English, have no education of any kind and lots of them smuggle illegal drugs into the country as well. Last available stats I was able to find: www.pewhispanic.org/interactives/unauthorized-immigrants/ Any illegal foreign migrants on UK soil as well, if yes, how many?

    Chris RoadWarrior Hi Chris . yes we have a similar problem even though we are an island . with freedom of movement from the EU countries and illegals coming over from france via africa and all the "stan" countries the numbers are huge . in the hundreds of thousands range . Hopefully when we control our own borders again we will be able to control it much better . its clearly getting to be a world wide issue . the third world does not want to build up their own countries they just want to move to the western world instead . then claim they hate us once they have arrived .

    The one east of El Paso I pass through it 5-6 times a year. 5-6 times a year I’m pulled out of my vehicle put inside questioned while they go through the vehicle. After finding nothing they then X-ray it. Then question me some more. I don’t believe in just harassing everyone on the highway mostly because they don’t like their looks. I’ve been told dog hit every time yet every time nothing is found. If it wasn’t for work I’d drive west out of El Paso up I 25 to ABQ then go east on 40 to bypass that checkpoint. The one on 25 is cool. So is the one west of LC New Mexico but the one east of El Paso on 10 sucks every time I get harassed there.

  • @ChrisRoadWarrior

    @ChrisRoadWarrior

    3 жыл бұрын

    I-35 runs north-south (same like all odd-number highways, even-number highways run east-west) therefore in Laredo, TX area (not directly at the border with Mexico) you find its south-end terminus where it begins for the northbound traffic and ends for the southbound traffic. The north-end terminus is located in Duluth, MN (very close to Canadian border) where (Duluth, MN) it starts for the southbound traffic and ends for the northbound traffic. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Interstate_35 Btw, zero border patrol checkpoints anywhere along Canadian-American border as no migrants or legal CDN residents (citizens or permanent residents) enter America illegally while at the Mexican border www.cbp.gov/newsroom/stats/southwest-land-border-encounters-by-component with no COVID-19 tests or 14-day quarantine periods before being released into the country by Biden's DHS/CBP bosses! Anyhow, in case you're not yet aware of the sole purpose of these very legit inland checkpoints, preventing: - illegal drugs (specially-trained K9s on site), - illegal guns, - illegal migrants. None of those ever in your vehicle (18-wheelers included) AND always carry proper documentation on you, you have nothing to worry whatsoever. Happy traveling.

    For all out there who hate Border Patrol Checkpoints, another reason (if you really needed one) why these checkpoints are totally vital for the safety and security of American people: www.breitbart.com/texas/2018/05/15/border-patrol-arrests-ms-13-member-sex-offenders-80-miles-texas/ Border Patrol agents in the Rio Grande Valley Sector arrested several criminal aliens attempting to sneak around immigration checkpoints located about 80 miles north of the Mexican border. They had arrests and/or convictions for sexual offenses and kidnapping. Agents also arrested an MS-13 member. Kingsville Station agents apprehended an illegal immigrant on Monday near Armstrong, Texas. The town of Armstrong is located south of the Sarita Border Patrol Checkpoint. Officials said the Salvadoran national admitted to being a member of the Mara Salvatrucha (MS-13) gang, according to information provided to Breitbart Texas by U.S. Border Patrol officials. The member of the hyperviolent transnational gang will be processed for removal and could face charges for illegal entry. One day earlier, agents assigned to the Sarita Checkpoint (located on U.S. Highway 77 between Brownsville and Kingsville) arrested a U.S. citizen who was allegedly smuggling two illegal immigrants. A records check on the driver revealed an arrest and conviction in Cameron County, Texas, for Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child. A court in Cameron County sentenced the man to two years in prison for the 2008 conviction, officials stated. The illegal immigrants will be processed according to sector guidelines. Agents assigned to the Falfurrias Station in Brooks County (located on U.S. Highway 281 between McAllen and Alice) arrested a Guatemalan man near the town of Encino on Saturday. The roads around Encino are well known human smuggling drop off areas where human smugglers will force the migrants to march through very dangerous conditions around the Falfurrias Border Patrol Checkpoint. The remains of at least 20 migrants were found in Brooks County this year, Sheriff Benny Martinez told Breitbart Texas in a recent phone interview. “These deaths occur when the human smugglers abandon the people they are trying to sneak around the Border Patrol checkpoint located in the middle of our county,” Martinez stated. “These smugglers have no concern for the health and safety of their ‘human cargo.’ When one of the illegal immigrants gets injured, dehydrated, or is otherwise too weak to keep up with the group, the smugglers simply leave them behind to die.” Agents learned the Guatemalan national arrested near Encino has a criminal history that includes a March 2000 conviction in Plainfield, New Jersey, for Kidnapping to Commit Sexual Assault. The court sentenced the man to 14 years in prison. He will likely face new federal charges for aggravated re-entry after removal as a sex offender. Later that day, Kingsville Station agents arrested another Guatemalan near Sarita. Border Patrol agents operate an immigration checkpoint near the town of Sarita on U.S. Highway 77. Agents learned the Guatemalan man has a previous arrest in Stanford, Connecticut, for sexual assault. The Department of Justice has pledged to prosecute all illegal immigrants for illegally crossing the U.S. border, Breitbart News reported. “If you cross the border unlawfully, then we will prosecute you - it’s that simple. If you smuggle illegal aliens across our border, we will prosecute you,” Sessions said earlier this month.
