Definitely didn't forget, he used the grinder timer on that section. The other courses his attention was split while grinding and presenting.

Eu nao consigo nem acompanhar a apresentacao. Sinistro! Surreal. Mais do que apenas cafe, a apresentacao foi de outro planeta! E o cara estah falando em uma lingua que nao eh nativo. Excelente ingles por sinal. Impressionante. E quanta novidade interessante. A bola de gelo pra resfriar o espresso. Inclusive, voltei aqui pra ver como eh pq estou olhando Amzon/Aliexpresss pra comprar uma. E a wdt super pratica que nao leva segundos pra distribuir/retirar clumps dos grounds. Alem do detalhe de sacudir/misturar bem os grounds. Isso fez uma puta diferenca no meu espresso. Nada de gosto azedo ou desagradaveis. Saindo bem bem melhor agora. Mas vou esperar pra comprar essa ferramenta rs ja tenho um wdt simples que resolve. E uma semelhante tah na faixa de 80 usd rs. Mas fica a dica. Ganhou de lavada!

Why in the title of all the finalists' videos you had written the country they come from, except in the video of the champion, Boram Um? Should be written "Boram Um, Brazil - 2023 World Barista Championship: Finals". You "forgot" exactly the country he is coming from, and strangely only in that case. Please correct that mistake.

The more of these that I watch, the cringier they get. They're all the same. Same tone. Same cadence. Same awkward pauses. One day hopefully there will be a barista who's actually interesting and exciting. I'm still addicted to these videos though.
