Oh, i've got it- the vader figure is actually what Kylo Ren imagines every time he thinks of ol' Anakin. Buff, cool space armor, and a dapper silver belly bowtie.

Hmmm, if I had that Kylo Ren figure, I would take some snips to the stupid crossguard and painted his mask to convert him into Darth Revan from Knights of the Old Republic.

I love that you brought back "Episope" from your bootleg DVD video =) The continuity is strong with this channel. Nice video guys!

One thing I very much like about the knock-off Ren is that they've actually made his lightsaber less stupid. Like, a number of people have pointed out that a crossguard would generally speaking be a good addition to lightsabers, which I do in fact agree with, but I am also a firm believer in crossguards that you cannot mutilate yourself with. And it's not like Star Wars doesn't have a small amount of light saber resistent metals that you could use for such a feature, metals that one of the key figures of arguably the biggest military faction at the time would presumably have access to.

As soon as the opening text crawl ended, an ad for Star Trek Beyond appeared. The irony intensifies.

Yeah just type 'Play Arts Square Enix Kai Darth Vader Figure' into Google or Ebay and you'll be spoilt for choice. A real one is about £30 ($50). They also have variant of Darth Maul, Stormtroopers etc

It looks like the Darth Vader figure has some aspects taken from a Halo Spartan figure, it seems to have Spartan IV arm plates, and the back looks strikingly similar to a Halo Reach backplate.

I don't know how you can say "it looks like she's been boiled" without laughing.

I love your attempt at the Star Wars introductory music

The Rey figure fits in with the 6" figures Hasbro do nowadays. The Kylo Ren figure looks reminiscent of the Star Wars figures from the early 2000s which I quite like a lot and it fits in scale with the other 3.75" pretty well. Chewbacca's bandolier is on the wrong side, but that can easily be fixed and the eyes could be repainted to better suit the figure. The bowcaster he comes with is rather small, but would fit alright in the original vintage Kenner figure. I hope to find the Kylo Ren and Chewbacca figures and try to upgrade them a bit just to make them more screen-accurate and in scale. Finally, the large Yoda figure would be perfect for anybody wanting to recreate Star Wars in 8" Mego scale. Those are my thoughts on the figures I wish to share.

The Chewie figure is on the spectrum. a few chromosomes short of a kessel run.

These are not FAKE ! These are the special edition Star Wars CGI reaemaguning of the originals. And to tell you the truth, they're spot on with the CGI added to 4, 5 and 6.

They did a fantastic job with the E-11 blaster rifle...except for the folding stock

That music gets me every time!

Darth Vader is based of the Square Enix variant figurine. Square does indeed do make it's own variants (Play Art Kai) of licensed characters (they did Star Wars, Avengers, Batman, ect...)

It is always a good day when you hear that glorious fake Star Wars theme.

Some pretty good sculpting there, if you gave them a repaint you could get decent results, apart from the scaling issue. Good vid, I'd like to see that toy set from your pog video again or maybe a set made from knockoff products, maybe a panel of figures sitting in judgement.

They did the head swapping thing with a TCW Obi Wan Kenobi, and more recently, the SWCE London exclusive Kylo Ren.
