Greatest console ever made, IMO.

The PS3 super slim sounds exactly like the PS4 slim.

PS2 is my favorite start up till this day. With the ocean sound in the background. I would listen to that all day and forget to actually play a game.

This takes me back. Outside the mobiles I've had all of these, but still only have my PS4 and PS5, traded in or donated my PS1 PS2 and PS3. Part of me wants to get a PS2 and a few classic games off of Ebay or whatnot just for a throwback

Also here’s a thing about the PS5, when using the first time startup, it now immediately has text to speech on it, this is because in 2021 they had to make all the newer consoles with a higher version due to the insane bricking issue since it can brick when updating, you will know if you have the unbridled model if when booting up, you hear text to speech when it tells you to plug in the dualsense

One thing for sure, PS1 opening is so sharp on your screen, did you use HDMI converter to your TV or just plug in into RCA composite AV input? Love your collection 👍👍👍

PS1 bootup will always be so so special to me... I'm glad that with the Duckstation emulator I can still see the original bootup when I launch a game.

The slim PS3 introduced a shorter version of the orchestral music (correct me if I'm wrong on that.) The original, full version of the PlayStation 3 (as opposed to PS3) boot-up is magical and takes me back to simpler times. I had PS2 and PS1 as well when I was a young child and they give me a nice feeling too. I actually have the PSone and Legacy (PS2) themes on my PS4

A PS3 legacy theme doesn't seem to be available for some reason. Although I know the PS3 had poor sales in comparison to the 360 for a few years so maybe most people just aren't familiar with the PS3 as they bought X Box instead.

It was a console that was also ahead of its time. Hyperrealistic games to play on, but unlike its previous console (PS2), it got outsold by the Wii & Xbox 360.

With the exception of the PS1, I still have all of the consoles that you showed. I sold my PS1 since the fat PS2 was 100% backward compatible.

I hate when newer TV have delay from input that makes startup cutted off

I have a PS4 Slim (500 GB model) that was a birthday present for my 22nd birthday (6 years old and still going strong) and bought a PS5 disc version in November 2022, which that was the first time ever I wound up seeing a PS5 in person let alone playing and owning one. I’m planning on my own collection for wrapping up 2023 and giving myself plenty more options as I live alone in a one bedroom trailer. I plan on getting a digital PS5 for my bedroom opposite side of my PS4 Slim and then for my living room I’ll get a PS4 Slim 1 TB model for extra memory with games and have a PS3 Slim 320 GB model. I can’t wait to have my home completed with the entertainment systems.
