Main bootble usb se win instl dena chata hu lekin bios ki boot order list pe usb option nahi hai

1st enter in bios. Then find an option to boot an external device and simply enable it. 2nd find boot order list... And select your USB storage to 1st. If you still face issues. Then simply search your motherboard model bios setting in Google.🙏
how to unboot after this , if we want ?

Windows installation speed depends on the pendrive or USB port. For e.g if you use pendrive 2.0 @ USB 2.0. then installation will take a long time.

Then check your pendrive. With another USB port. Try using the back side USB port integrated with the motherboard.🙏
