Can you get plastic studs ? the plastic stud on my cleats have worn out. Please do video on re studding a worn out plastic stud thanks

you can’t replace molded stud

What size are the inserts?

Female part of the screw....so you can tighten up the cleat.

You will need a drill, saw, hammer, tee nut, metal studs and sand paper then just do what he does
