just got in a fight with a friend so i tried to calm down with breathing but that didn't work, so i whipped out my device and started listening to this and the tears went away and i feel good now-(not thinking of all the drama lol) listening to this is enjoyable!

This actually happened to me last year and now I can’t get over it but when I listen to this I calm down but when ever I think of my exes and my ex friends I have a mental breakdown but I just listen to playlists like this and I calm down.
