I was raising my legs up against the wall wiggling my feet when all of a sudden I became acutely aware of my legs like they were taking on a life of their own, I never considered how important legs are, they're probably the most abused and ignored limbs on our bodies, love your legs and treat them with respect.

I have chemo related neuropathy- it causes burning and tingling pain. These are great exercises to do Dr. Mandell. Thank you. Walking daily helps. I'm on a blood thinner and cautious not to fall.

Lots of people don't realize the supplement Vitamin D is needed to help with depression where we dont have much sun, because Vitamin D is in the sunshine. Small steps work. I went to doctor because I had swelling in calf and ankle. I received a x-ray. Then a month later it was still swelled. A doctor in my family said go to emergency. Received an ultra sound, revealing a clot by my knee. I was on heparin IV immediately for 2 days. Swelling went down . I was stubborn, being strong 70 year old thinking I hurt ankle doing some concrete work. Be safe and if your foot is swelled and red you may want an ultra sound fast! Peace and thanks doctor.

Time was, I was a serious bodybuilder, and had heavily muscled legs in conjunction with the rest of my body. I could walk 10 miles with a full pack in my 40s. Today, in my 70s, I've shrunken to the point I can't walk 60 meters without having to stop from the cramping and pain in my legs. Swelling from lymphoma in my lower legs is severely bad. I do elevate my legs against the wall, but hardly enough. I will combine the exercises here with light weight training. And most importantly, do them all REGULARLY! The VA has done nothing to help me with the lymphoma, but that's normal for them, as they don't really care about old veterans. However, you are! Thank you for caring about us all!👍

Thank you for your service. You can now go to any medical doctor. Trump passed that. Don't go to the VA. Try to get the book the Dr. Gerson diet and the Budwig diet. It is organic raw foods eaten or blended in smoothie. Along with Flax seed oil, blueberries and supplements like NAC, Shitake Mushrooms, Tumeric with pepper, Moringa, black seed oil. Bob's Red Mill baking soda...can't recall..I think 1/4 teaspoon in water a day. C doesn't like non acidic. NAC or Ivermectin I hear helps kill the big C.

Sir, instead of lifting legs against wall.I use up against couch or bed.my flexibility is not as good so I stretch one leg at a time for 30 seconds, resting the other leg on couch.just switch back and forth for 10 minutes. Do before bedtime and you will sleep like a baby.I am 67. Good luck and good health.

I broke my ankle. Very bad break. Im non weight bearing. Would love to have some whole body excercises for someone whos injured and wants to prevent atrophy of their muscles while healing. 😊❤

I do these exercises daily . I end up with Embolism Pulmonary, it's something you will never forget. Anytime I'm sitting , I will always move my legs and feet . Keep The Body Moving !! There's 3 Glutes and if they aren't working right , they become Lazy and your Hips will become Weak. And if that happens , you will have health issues . My right hip is very weak , and now I have Trendelenburg Gait. There's a chance, I'll have to have Hip Surgery , I made appt to my Orthopedic to have Xray done.

My concern, I’m sure this is what I wanted to hear, here you are. However still a jump start brings a bit of concerned with the transition from poor diet, low to poor circulation to a new diet, exercising . At 70 my Question : My condition varies, to do so much in pushing fluids so fast or the quantity is it to much towards the heart. Embolism pulmonary sounds like a challenge for some like me who know smoking, now in awareness. I enjoy the video 100% .

Thank you for this valuable life changing message. In 2019 I was diagnosed with neuropathy on my leg nerves from job injury. Doing these has reduced my leg weakness, pain, tingling and numbness. I can now pick up the wet wash cloth in the shower with my foot, toe curls.❤❤
