In this parallel session, Roberto and Ljubisa shared insights on the Balkan ecosystem compared to EU and North America, and how clusters are not recognized as engines of growth.
They showed how they worked together to accelerate the development of Serbia’s national Supercluster team by combining the training with the Cluster Leadership Program on Strategy Tools. During the session, they also shared learnings on how developing deep cluster and supercluster capabilities right from the start can make a huge difference in the later stages of the strategy process.
