Roodle went from a lion haircut to a Mohawk most recently😀 I still prefer his lion look. 😎

I have been doing LOTS of research for my new Van-Life starting next year. I have focused on this area for a couple months. Because of the deer migration that goes right thru that area, Lots of good hiking and the Great fishing in the area! ExBassGuide = I love to fish! Soda lake is one of the best Brook trout lakes in Wyoming! Love the video even with normal chores! THANKS! Roger The ExBassGuide

Thank you! It didn’t go as smoothly as I had hoped... but I hope to do more of this in the future..... specifically one pot meals 😃

We just returned from a 3+ month summer trip through several western states and got a kick out of your chore day as I recalled all the interesting laundromats I spent time in. I too love the small towns near to our campsites in the various national forests and of all the wonderful surprises they hold. My all time favorite this summer was a bakery in the small town of Twisp in the north Cascades of Washington called "The Cinnamon Twisp" with a blueberry brioche that was possibly the best thing we had all summer. It would be fun if you would share some of your favorite finds in these little towns with us! Great video as usual and terrific photography!

We boondocked four days at Soda Lake September ‘19. It was awesome!! Lots of hiking!! The horses were there, too. We also enjoyed meals at the Wrangler Cafe, and did the Mountain Man Museum. We basically LOVE everything about Wyoming❤️

I love all animals as I’m sure you can tell! I especially love birds! Eagles 🦅 are super high on my list! I can’t wait to get to Alaska where there are suppose to be tons of eagles 🦅 my photography bucket list is to get on in flight.... a nice clean, clear, crisp amazing picture!

Hi, Natalie, 😀 We got the pressure cooker on Amazon. It's a 1.5 liter Hawkins Pressure cooker. Carrie likes it but thinks it might be two small for the both of us. 😜

We want to do it in a way that is positive, inspirational and motivating to others without focusing (too much) on the bonehead who left the trash there in the first place! They deserve no attention!!! It’s kinda tricky to achieve this objective .... any ideas would be appreciated 😀 we want to do a pledge system and/or a monthly subscription (non-profit) where we take the proceeds and organize clean-ups

Liked this video as always, the horses were beautiful. That laundromat was unique and one of the cleanest I’ve seen. Hey Everyone-That trip they were planning was for me! I had a “One AdVANture” of my own, in Utah, Nevada & CA. Their plan allowed me to relax and enjoy a truly unforgettable trip! Just one memorable highlight was hiking the Narrows at Zion (camped nearby for free!). Thank you Dave & Carrie!

Btw, I didn’t pay for any camping on this trip. And I only had to drive 3 hours on any given day-Dave & Carrie planned it this way. YMMV of course (literally and figuratively). Highly recommend :)

The 3 of us just watched, I had my sister on FaceTime so I put iPad facing tv. Love how your journey brings so many together, cool you hanging out with friends. Loved the horses, and that Lion so strong and tall love Roodle he’s so adorable...🤗🤗🤗🤗 for Roddle

So great to see you both! Just a regular day in van life, fun and relaxing to watch!!!! That lake is gorgeous. Just love the color. The reflection of the mountains in the lake was so pretty. Those horses...wow, fun to watch them run. I agree about the Laundromat....those heads are cool but also sad and kind of creepy lol. Cute town! Snow, yeah starting to have snow in the forecast here in northern Michigan as well. Now comes about 5 months of cold/darkness. That meal looked fantastic! Great job! White frosty stuff....Dave, I am sure was disappointed. Great video...hope the beet harvest is going great! See you next week! 🍁🍂

I liked seeing how you did real life in the Van. That is the one thing I worry about possibly feeling claustrophobic when the weather is bad outside. Thank you for sharing the Adventures! If one day I could show my Grand daughter those Wild Horses, she would be on cloud 9!

I love libraries. In one small town (maybe a lot of small towns?) they had limited hours but they leave the WiFi on all night and it works in their parking lot, so once I got the access code I could park and surf the net in the evening.

The boondocking site us amazing! The laundry mat was like nothing we've never seen. Trip planning is very time consuming especially since you guys always find great free spots. Loved the "day in the life" Lou & Angie

Awesome! I was there in June, awesome. I don’t think you can walk all the way around the lake, there’s a little natural peninsula that block you from going around

😊 no leeches....I did do leech therapy on some of my pts. Having reconstructive surgery on their extremities

Definitely mostly draft and draft-cross horses. Belgian, several Percheron and an Appy (spotted rump).

Camped at Willow Lake way back in 2007, not far from your last 2 sites. Did you happen to visit the very interesting Museum of The Mountain Man in Pinedale? Might be closed now due to the pandemic, though. Looking fwd to your MT visit. I usually go there every summer to visit my cousin, but not this COVID year. Safe travels.

Loved a day in the life of a vanliffer. Wyoming is great. We went cody and went to the cody museum it was awesome. You always find the best spots to boondock. HAPPY TRAILS

We spent one night in Cody... we were so tired from the hot springs in Thermopolis that we literally did nothing but buy done food. One of the rare times that we had to be somewhere in the next few days so didn’t get to explore Cody .... we will be back!!!

Love horses and correct draft horses they look like ..but what a pleasure to see they are free roamed,the view's of lake wow..

Ya gotta love that Lion, he is King.

When I crossed into Wyoming there was actually a big flashing LED sign saying something like "Did you know it can snow any month of the year in Wyoming?". Here I'm thinking "Thanks; good to know." Lol. Planning a trip like that is definitely time-consuming. It's what I had to do to map out my back-roads route. Well, I would have had to do it on the interstates, too. It just would have been harder to find nice camping spots. Not harder, but longer to arrive at them.

Another great video. Went to Northern Michigan last week. Visited some of the places you camped in Michigan. Buck Lake ,Mackinaw City, Sault Sainte Marie. No bugs and the colors beautiful. Just sayin' if your planning your next adVANture.

We haven’t really used it much yet! While we are work-camping we have free electricity so we have just been running a tiny $10 electric heater...... but soon.... very soon it will get put to good use!

You had me up till the leeches in the waters and wasps. Stings for me equals 911 so guess this one will not be on my list. Had a good time watching you though.

It is a 1.5 liter Hawkins Pressure Cooker. I have only used it a handful of times so the verdict is still out😂. It takes some time getting used to the steam pressure release every so often. I will say it is VERY messy if you overfill it! (Which of course I did) I think the 1.5 liter is a bit to small in my opinion. What I have cooked it did a great job! Rice, pork loin... I think it would be great for dried bean or a stew.

I bought a dash rice cooker only 20.00. I think it only takes 200 watt. So jackery 240 and 500 I have will work. Reviews are 👍. I'll try it first

In the UK they are way higher. Here there is no incentive for them to make it faster because there are only a few company's who offer it. Capitalism at its best will always screw the consumer.

How much was it to do laundry there?

We usually hit a laundry mat every 10 days. The cost is between 12 dollars and 18 if we wash all the blankets. We have been to so many in the last few years I can't recall the price in Pinedale, sorry.

Library's are great to find documented history of that area that most would never see outside the area....Wyoming in the national park was given back 100's of acres from a very very rich family that demolished and remove the whole estate and planted trees ,sounds like a cover up..
