In this video, I show you what books have made me crying during my reading journey. This includes novels like Heaven by Mieko Kawakam, Billy Summer, The Old Man and the Sea by Ernest Hemingway, The Story of a Goat by Perumal Murugan, Sweet Bean Paste by Durian Sukegawa, and The Housekeeper and the Professor by Yōko Ogawa. There are a range of types of books, genres and subject matters, from bulling, assassins, the water, life and death, found family, and memory loss.
