Little Fires Everywhere is one of my all-time favorites

I read dance of thieves last year, and just finished this one today. I would skip it, I loved dance of thieves as is!! I didn’t love this either, and also go super confused about the male main characters in the beginning!!

You should totally read these violent delights it’s amazing. It’s set in Shanghai and is a Romeo and Juliet retelling and they are the children of the leaders of rival gangs. It is absolutely amazing! Also you do not have to read the kiss of deception series before you read dance of thieves. You can if you want to but you don’t have to. I didn’t read it first.

I have heard if you do not like The Kiss of Deception to read Dance of Thieves and then come back to reading the trilogy instead.

I didn’t like it either. I didn’t feel any chemistry. I didn’t understand why they were in love with her and it was just kind of boring and underwhelming.
