I absolutey adore Anne of Green Gables. My daughter is even named after one of Anne's fantasy names (where she renames areas all around Avonlea), Violet Vale

I wonder if you have discovered Tasha Tudor yet? She lived near my hometown and I believe you would find her enchanting.

I love your videos yet there is a topic in particular that I wish you would cover in a future video: your handwriting. I hace tried hard to practice cursive, going as far as searching for tutors to aid in my cursive and calligraphy. Due to thw education system, cursive was being phased out during my elementary years and I didn't get much practice. I remembe when I was in my later years of elementary school I decided to give it a shot. Yet I had a teacher get frustrated with me and make it understood that I should never dare to write cursive again because mine was so illegible. It would be amazing if you could just write out the alphabet in capital and lowercase, along with numbers. You are SO amazing! I wish I could wear Victorian clothing. I have a plethora of books about Victorian fashion, but I never dared to make nor purchase clothes. 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰 Much love!!!

Look up Spencerian Penmanship on Amazon. It's a handwriting curriculum that was used in the 1800s and is still being published today. I used it in the 4th grade, and I have decent cursive. 🖋📜

It's nice to know another Anne of Green Gables fan! My mother has all of the books, and I have read them over and over since I was 14 yrs old. I've read Little Women, and also felt that Jo did the right thing in not marrying Laurie. I was very happy when she married her foreigner! ~Janet in Canada

The famous civil war historian Shelby Foote says the same thing. He read other authors by the hundreds. Some authors he read ten to twenty times each. He did that to figure out a writing style that fit his style. He authored the classic on the civil war a three volume set that historians praise to this day.

Those shots of you and Gabriel on the cliff by the sea reminds me of the famous Wanderer Above the Sea of Fog painting! Especially the shot of Gabriel at the end! Was that intentional?

Hello Miss Sarah. Fellow Victorian lover here. I have been submerged mentally and emotionally in this era since I was a small girl. I too write Victorian fiction. I upload it to wattpad. I adore your videos. It inspires me, the way you live. I plan to do the same soon once this pandemic is over. I have left you a facebook message. You may not have seen it as I am not a follower of yours. Are you on twitter? I look forward to hearing from you soon. It would be wonderful if we could be pen pals.
