Books supporting inclusive school playgrounds!
In this video, we share books supporting inclusive playgrounds and read a book called Louie's Together Playground. In June 2024, 20% of any The Able Fable books or merchandise purchases will be donated to The Recess Project!
The Recess Project is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded by mom of Discover with Dallas. The mission of The Recess Project is to help include students with disabilities at recess by donating inclusive playground equipment to elementary schools. I wanted to let Dallas know that I went into this steam room on vacation that had blue lighting. It made my bracelet glow in the dark. It was cool.
This healed my childhood heart

I could’ve used this when I was in elementary school Because I have cerebral palsy as well and there was nothing for me to do at recess I just had to stay and not play because the play equipment was not accessible and it made me upset so I’m happy that you guys are making a difference in the Disability community with the recess project

Just found u on my short I wanted to become a special needs preschool teacher b4 I became disabled I am a ambulatory wheelchair user and I have had a feeding tube for over 10 years so I would love watching your videos
