Big shoutout to Naomi. She’s had a very unproblematic career with wwe up to this point. Naomi could’ve easily let Sasha walk out by herself, and throw her under the bus for brownie points but instead she stood with Sasha. That’s the kind of moral fiber that we need to see more of in the work place.

WWE talent keeps getting told they're too "soft" and don't stand up for their characters. Yet Sasha keeps doing just that, and she's called unprofessional or hard to work with. I stand with Sasha Banks and Naomi 100 percent. Vince needs better creative writers and booking. I totally understand Sashas and Naomis frustration. Creatively their storyline as a tag team is just awfull. They were randomly put together because WWE didn't have anything to do for them and just a few months later they are booked to pin each other for a singles titleshot while still being tag champions. This is the kind of booking WWE does all the time and this is what makes it so hard for everybody on the roster to get anything over. The fans aren't buying in to anything because they know Vince might change his mind on anything at any given time and just get rid of it for no good reason. So why should we as fans take those storylines any more serious?

It's not entirely from just WWE alone. There are other reports saying that Naomi and Sasha didn't want to get tossed into the single's title picture and had plans to be booked in a storyline with Nikki A.S.H. and Doudrop claiming they hadn't been in a proper rivalry for months which goes along with the whole "not respected" sentiment. Naturally take all hear-say with a grain of salt but at the very least WWE isn't the only one giving something along those lines.

I think not siding with the talent whom put their bodies on the line actually performing these shows is RIDICULOUS! We’re in an age where the lack of creative control talent has on their characters has ruined so many things. Fans are fed up with Vince and creative not knowing what to do with great characters and they want to see the talent that created these characters able to have a say in what goes on with them. And if you really wanna get into it, Sasha and Naomi asking for help and cooperation from WWE creative/Vince to build the women’s tag division that’s currently non-existent since they approached them to do this in the first place is not unreasonable in the slightest. They did the company a favor and the absolute least WWE could do is follow through and work with them. Sasha and Naomi are currently fighting for more opportunities for the women’s locker room cuz nothing has been done with these titles since their inception. And seeing the massive decline WWE has done on women’s wrestling (especially learning about what they did in NXT during the rebrand from Ember Moon) as a whole I HAVE to back Sasha and Naomi 💯%!

You can't compare the men's tag division to the womens "lack of" tag division. By the WWEs unwillingness to legitimately invest in a deep tag division for the women, I feel that's what Saha and Naomi meant by not respecting them as tag championship. It's happened a ridiculous amount of times in the last 20 years. I remember months going by without the tag champs being featured once. And being a company, they will try and save face and protect themselves first and foremost as one would naturally expect. Until we hear _directly_ from the other side and not through some interpreter or accuser, it will be impossible to judge in good conscience. And when it comes to professionalism, it works both ways as well. There have been many instances in the past where WWE has behaved questionably.

A perfect example, Ember Moon stated when the Shotzi Blackheart was sent to SmackDown, the writers didn't even know they were Tag Team champions in NXT. When you have legit Tag Teams like the IIconics, Riott Squad, and the Kabuki Warriors, or even Fire & Desire and not 2 female wrestlers thrown together, and you break them up, that shows how WWE view the Women's Tag team titles...just sometime to fill air time. WWE creative can't even think of a way to spin this real occurring event and use that momentum to bring shine to the Titles let alone the company in general.

There's a lot of I don't know's here. Did they speak to creative about not being taken seriously as tag champs and they gave them the cold shoulder? Did they speak to Vince about it? We don't know yet. WWE is a job, If you feel mistreated by them, give them your two weeks or finish your contract and leave! We saw in recent years the questionable treatment of the company towards ex-Wwe stars like Mickie James, which is why people could be sceptical about going through the proper channels, because they might think they are corrupt. But at least, if they go through the proper channels, they can keep accounts of everything they did and happened to them, and if the company doesn't want to do anything, they have substantial material that they can use in court if they want to go that route if necessary. Go through the rules of the box, before you decide to step out of it. That's just me.

I've been a WWE fan since back in the days when the F was still given in the company. I have seen fans upset with the way their favourite wrestlers get (pun unintended King T) booked. I've been through the bad storylines and the horrible gimmicks...but you have to admit, it's not easy to write solid entertaining stories for every single superstar in the company ALWAYS. That being said, and this is simply an opinion, I am not looking for anyone to agree or disagree but as a fan I believe when you are a title holder of any kind, it's best for the writers to keep the best storylines for the champions and their presumed challengers, up and coming talent being pushed. As with any champion in the company, the belt comes off you eventually but I believe the wrestlers themselves SHOULD have input in HOW that happens with the final decision coming from the Chairman himself. I'm not sure how many writers there are on the WWE staff, but it doesn't seem to be enough to keep all of their champions happy OR their worthy but under-pushed contenders for these championships. ie. Naomi. These girls legitimized the Women's tag team championships and started to really make that division relevant again. I see things from both sides here. It's unprofessional to just walk out during a live show, but if they were fed a garbage storyline that neither wrestler wanted any part of, I don't blame them for standing their ground. Look at all the amazing storylines going on with WWE right now though...from the evolution of Edge as he "formed" Judgement Day to the Bloodline's history making moments to the brilliant booking of Seth Vs Cody(Wrestle Forever) not to mention the pushes of so many new talents, it's not hard to fathom some of the veteran talent would be disgruntled as well as some of the underutilized newer talent. You know I just had a thought...WWE Loves it's alternate programming, what if they did a reality show with the top few contestants getting a job on the WWE Creative Team? Runners up get a position under the grand prize winner, maybe getting to write promos for superstars that severely lack talent in that area and undercard/developmental storylines, while the grand prize winner gets to work alongside and contribute to the WWE's top creative teams sharing input and possibly influencing the direction or birth of stories/feuds in the mid-card and main event level. Imagine also the grand prize winner getting to write up their dream feud/story for a WRESTLEMANIA match. They could call the show, oh I don't know..."Now Can You Write That Suckaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!!!!!" Or..."Time To Write The Game"

Nobody can sit here and tell me that this was over one isolated issue or event. Yet I don’t expect wwe to release it all because million dollar businesses will always protect themselves first. Now back to the what he said about walking out any job is unprofessional well I’ve seen people get treated like dogs by there employers, we had a incident here last year guy worked at the post office and everyday his supervisor and these different managers would talk bad to him dude was hard worker. He got to a point one day and the guy came to work and shot those same individuals after dealing with that for over a year. Was he right for shooting them no but they weren’t right for mistreating him. I understand that WWE considered Sasha and Naomi's actions "unprofessional" but they handled it in the most petty fashion possible. They announced to the crowd that they left the show and politely blamed them from the announce table for the TV audience on multiple occasions during the broadcast. "They've disappointed management and more importantly, the fans..." Well, since there's this thing called social media and the internet, we, the fans, understand why they left. Vince McMahon always says in interviews that his door is always open. Problem is, he's never available. The door to his office is open, but there's no one there. Sasha and Naomi tried several channels, including Vince, to discuss their direction. After watching accomplished talent be let go over the years, and seeing the frustration in those there and on their way out the door, they looked for a resolution, and even thru the proper channels they couldn't reach a compromise. I get that with their walking out, it forces production, management, and talent to scramble to create a spot to replace Sasha and Naomi on the show. But at the same time, why doesn't the company respect the titles they're wearing? Why are they getting a mediocre push as Tag Team Champs only to be forced into a one-on-one-tournament to promote another title? People have observed for years Vince's values for storylines, cartoon-like characters and Super-sized wrestlers take the forefront in the past. But when something happened that Vince didn't care for, or didn't like, poof! Situation vanishes. A couple weeks later everyone forgets. Now that there's the internet, and wrestling podcasts, and guys like Dave Meltzer, Salomonster, Jim Cornett, Eric Bischof, etc. The questions are going to be asked: "what happened with so-and-so?... why did they quit?... What was happening with their characters?... what upset them?..." And Vince plays his agenda, maintains radio silence on the issue under his brand of propaganda, and in 2 weeks gives you something to make you forget about what's-her-name and that other one.

I rarely watch wwe anymore. But, I see highlights on occasion, thanks to KZread! Anyhow, on occasion I also find out "wwe news." When I read about this, I was wondering if it was, as Book would say, "work." But, if this is true, Sasha now has a history of this. This time around, her action affected everyone else. At the same time, outside the ring, she is not only attractive, but she seems to be a great/wonderful person... Add all this up, this is a shame for all sides. And for Naomi; I would think she made the right decision for herself. On a side note... There was another black female wrestler who left the company, because of creative. She seems really cool/really great person. Don't know her name. But, I think she is working other promotions. And she's loving life now! Maybe Sasha should go work other promotion(s), and love life again. On another side note. This is random, but, from what I've heard, when HHH had control over NXT, it was a great show! When Vince took it over, it regressed, and creative was not the same. Anyhow, again, this is a shame for all sides involved.

I understand being frustrated but there are not the only superstars in WWE or people in general that get frustrated at their jobs. WWE is a job and like any other its simply unprofessional to walk out in the middle of your job or in this case the show. They handled it wrong is the problem . At a regular job you do that and you get fired because its unprofessional, and it's unprofessional in this situation too. They are acting like spoiled brats in this situation because I can think of other superstars who are on their same level of star power and recently haven't been getting the plans from creative they wanted for months and months. But they kept on showing up and doing their job while professionally behind the scenes talking with Vince & creative. Both women especially Sasha have been given a lot of opportunities lately while others who deserve too as well haven't. so maybe they should let go of their egos and stopped acting like spoiled brats, this is not the first time Sasha has walked out. In the real world you aren't always happy with how things are going at your job but you keep perseving and act professional. Both of them need a wake up call to reality and need to learn building character through perservance. Grow up Sasha and Naomi!
