Do you think that in chapter 50:1-2 it's a possible reference to the rapture? It says : "And in those days a change shall take place for the holy and elect, And the light of days shall abide upon them, And glory and honour shall turn to the holy, On the day of affliction on which evil shall have been treasured up against the sinners. And the righteous shall be victorious in the name of the Lord of Spirits: And He will cause the others to witness (this) That they may repent And forgo the works of their hands"

I think it might be more akin to what happened to Stephen. He had the face of an angel and could see Jesus in heaven.

Robert bro just Something i was written can u check if its right for me bro you know i don't like to misrepresent God. Thanks in advance gby If there is nothing new under the sun cycles can repeat. So let me know what you say on the matter. Jesus came teaching a new understanding and if there is nothing new under the sun and God does not change. Then the understanding Jesus was teaching was the same understanding moses got from God. So obviously that understanding had been lost over time. Enoch said he worte a book for a later generation and because God does not change Enoch had the same understanding as moses and jesus so if the church say Enoch is not holy inspired Scripture it is because they don't understand it. So obviously the teaching have been lost over time so we need to aline our understanding with Enochs book the holy spirit inspired him to write it for a later generation so lets not deny the holy spirit and study his writing's the books was lost to us we have it back now lets bring Christ's teachings back and follow God not men.

I first subscribed because you read to us the Book of Enoch but your analysis always seem to be confined to scripture. The fact that the Book of Enoch is non-canonical in Western bibles should tell you that we must look past dogmatic christian beliefs. In studying spirituality, I've found that Christianity is based on stoicism which is based on Hermeticism which are the teachings of Hermes Trismegistus; aka Thoth. I've come to realize that these beings perceived as angels, demons, and god are actually beings of much higher consciousness that we've described as such. The only thing we can strive for as three dimensional beings living in the fourth dimension is a higher consciousness. Accept the negative external forces that challenge us and acknowledge that a gem cannot be polished without friction such as a man cannot be perfected without trials. Dualism is an illusion. Everything is from The All (God). Therefore, we must accept trials with good humor and make the best of what we make for ourselves.

What has Thoth got to do with the book of Enoch ? They are polar opposites. Enoch is the great grandfather of Noah.we are talking about a righteous man, not a fallen angel or their offspring.

@@Alan-Godden The answer is more interesting than you want to imagine. What does Thoth have to do with Enoch? Enoch who later became Metatron? People don't appreciate answers if you just it to them. I won't rob you of the fascinating journey of finding the answer for yourself

@grewntd Metatron, maybe ? Enki is a fallen Angel his son Thoth, Hermes, or Ningishzida is the son of the union of a fallen Angel and a human. Many Angels walked the earth amongst the Hebrew nation. Hebrews 13:2.

@grewntd That is what is written. Do you know Trey Smith. He has studied the Sumerian clay tablets extensively. He is a very accomplished theologian and historian. Don't ever presume to be 100 % right on anything. I can assure you this world is a stranger place than many could ever comprehend. Keep an open mind. Good luck, friend.
