I believe she is fine, she just got very busy, plus becoming very fed up with the comments she was getting on KZread, usually people commenting on her thinness, and simply the fact that she is a woman, (I think it as ASMRAurette who said "It's hard being a woman on the internet). At the time she deleted her account, her friend, Silent Citadel said "Well- I'm not too surprised. She's well- doing fine, but she's very busy with school and various activities, and additionally, people are just terrible in the comments to her. I'm so lucky in comparison- she gets all kinds of horrible perverted, mean, misogynistic, bullying comments and I can't imagine that helped. Hopefully knowing that she's happy and doing well will bring you some sense of happiness."

Royal Fool The not being able to bear up to nasty commenters is an all too familiar (and disturbing) story with some of my favorite ASMR-ists that have gone away, deleted their channels. I'm very sympathetic to that and they have every right to delete their own material, but it's a real loss and I'll never understand why they didn't disable comments from the get go.

The thing is the internet ISN'T anonymous. Most (all?) websites grab your IP address, so the authorities could trace these people.

I love this video. If whoever posts these videos speaks to asmraurette please tell her I would've never known about Jane Jacobs if it wasn't for her. I've read her work and there is a brand new fantastic documentary out this year called Citizen Jane that chronicles her fight with Robert Moses to curb the building of superhighways. Oh no, I've just discovered this video only to know that the channel is now removed! I loved this girl instantly, so relaxing, funny and interesting. I love the way she looks, talks, and I love her cleverness and her sense of humor. And she looks a lot like Emma Watson, or prettier. Please, if you can reach her, tell her that a lot of people are waiting for her to get back on KZread.

Trippy I went to a mental health facility last week and 2 different people were reading books from that series. They loved them. The inferno ones. Trippy. I wish Reading didn’t make me so anxious, and concentration just falls apart. I can read just long pages of shit I read and think about something else at the same time.

The book "Complete Explanation of Reincarnation, The Soul's for-Birth On Earth" seems interesting. I've read the book: "Reincarnation: The Cycle of Necessity" authored by: Manly Palmer Hall, and it was very good. I have not yet read "The Doors of Perception" but I plan to soon. It seems quite intriguing to read about a mans experience of tripping out on LSD.

+Kaitlin d It's very easy to release your own identity online even if you don't intend to. She could have mentioned where she worked or a club she was involved in and it would be easy to find out who she is from that. It's a shame, but a good reminder to be careful about what you say online.

@@vanessabludgens Someone else explained she thanked a friend for their help, via a Facebook link, but evidently Aurette showed up right on her friends list and ppl started commenting about it and saying her real name etc and she freaked out. She’s a very private person apparently. Someone posted her current Instagram and Vimeo link and she’s definitely a different person nowadays. I don’t think it’s right to repeat the link but honestly I think it’s best for everyone that I don’t.

Yes, she deleted her own channel (this is someone else who had permission to reupload them) nearly 10 years ago now, when someone got hold of her personal details and threatened to release them to the public. She had also had a lot of abusive comments in her videos - leading her to say in one video "It's hard being a female on the internet".

Info was leaked and she had stalkers and people threatening her and her family so she removed it. Rumor has it that she also mostly did it to focus on her goals in life and do what she had planned for herself.

I do love the ASMR voice and delivery. Shame you haven't read more into what you call "weird", though. Slightly beyond you at this stage, it seems. Re-incarnation - Auras etc. I don't know why something published in the 1930's would be less relevant now, bearing in mind that Time is Cyclical not Linear.
