ﾟ✧ Use as much as u want! 2-3 doses at a time are recommended by the Potioneer (not more than 5 we don't want you getting a headache; if headaches do occur.. NOT TO WORRY! Just drink water and it'll go away in no time lol ♡)
ﾟ✧ Listen at a comfortable volume (40% would be ideal)
also! its okay if you can hear the affirmations as long as you can't tell what they say!
ﾟ✧ Headphones recommended but not necessary!
ﾟ✧The potioneer suggests you take one dose of the potion before you sleep!
ﾟ✧ Drinking water is optional but is definitely recommend before and after you listen (just to help keep your mind from tiring and to keep your brain alert) ♡
ﾟ✧ All of my potions are laced with protection affirmations and boosters to help my overthinking patrons and those with intrusive thoughts ;)
ﾟ✧ You can by any means, block out any benefits you do not wish to implement into your life (i have affirmations in place for that but none of my subliminals are forced and you can only have desired results!)
