OMG, yaaaaaaaaaaa. Going into home ownership without that debt worry is going to be huge. So many expenses that new homeowners never expect, having as much available to get those things taken care of is just more freedom. Celebration time😀

I literally just spent $564 at the vet today just on routine stuff. Pets can be so expensive. I am tracking every vet bill this year so I know what I need my sinking fund for pets to be.

@@thethriftysewist I needed flea and tick meds and heartworm meds for two 100lbs dogs and two cats. 3 months worth of flea meds for all four and six months of heartgard for each of the two dogs. Plus an exam and vaccine for my Newf.
