If you have heat mats in a greenhouse u can increase your heat to 70-80 degrees and the roots grow in 3-4weeks sometime!!

Thank you for your comment. Unfortunately, there are no greenhouses or mats, but the temperature does not seem to be a problem because it is a work done in the spring in Japan. If you have it, you can do it even in winter.

Obrigado pelo seu feedback. É difícil mantê-lo parado na areia grossa, mas acho que é possível na areia fina. Algumas pessoas no Japão também usam areia fina.

May I ask if black pine need fertiliser during seedling? Which elements they need? How often to fertilise?

If you want to make it thicker and bigger, you also need fertilizer for the seedlings. Oil cake is given during the growing season from spring to autumn. If you want to make it thicker, use liquid fertilizer. The frequency of liquid fertilizer is generally about once every one or two weeks, but in the case of black pine seedlings, it is okay to give it more frequently.

No its a young seedling you dont really need fertilizer!
