An amazing talent, still high kicking and she is nearly 57. 50 years in show business and still going strong but still no honour from the Queen. Arise Dame Bonnie. An example to all up and coming actors/actresses. A pure on off, lovely and warm lady. Always has time for chat as well.

I often wonder if the phrase "Everybody poops" includes extremely pretty, super-feminine people like Bonnie....and if I'm ever told one more time that the ugly old Queen does it, I'll scream & scream & scream until I'm sick! I almost envy the folk who think Bonnie Langford annoying, because they obviously haven't been to school with any naggy fusspots; if they had, they'd truly know the meaning of the word "annoying"!

I'm not one of the greatest Eastenders addicts, but I know the show's starred some of the world's most beautiful women: Bonnie Langford, Barbara Windsor, Samantha Womack....

In 1989/90, there should have been a live-action Little Mermaid film, with Bonnie as Ariel; and John Stamos (who was equally beautiful, in a masculine way) as Eric.

Bonnie's always struck me as being the epitome of femininity. The song's good; perhaps not *as* great as some records of 1984 (such as Love's Great Adventure); but better than others (eg Careless Whisper). Would you believe: I can remember both my dear parents used to cheer for Spit the Dog (!), and jeer this delightful, fairylike Bonnie.

John-Nathan Turner directs Bonnie on set: "No, no you have to be as annoying as humanly possible. Whine more. Louder, try to sound like a dental drill." Poor Bonnie. Poor Colin Baker.

She always had that “Mad as a bag of cats” vibe about her…no doubt she’s as cute as a bug here
