question doesn’t have much to do with the video but is the catx connect pop worth it given the heavier bat or do i go with batter bet control with the cat? (not trying to hit bombs in college just want base hits but bombs are always good)

Hey Will not sure I’ve seen you ever talk about this but what are you using for videoing your content? - iPhone, iPad, GoPro, mirrorless camera, vlogging Sony style camera, digital camcorder, etc. I wish GoPro or someone would come out with a micro camera of equal size but with the zoom capability of an iPhone. Looking for best options to use for shooting game footage of my son. Thus far I just can’t put down the iPhone for its ability to zoom but then also shoot far. Thanks for the videos…..

You said you wanted to find which one you take into a game, so find a pitcher and face live fastballs. It will add some variables that I think could make a real difference in your analysis.

My son is playing in his Jr year of H/S (playoffs start this afternoon). He swung the Meta for the first 2 season and hit well. This season he made the change to the Atlas and has jumped up in average quite a bit. He's been working out & quite a bit stronger so it's tough to tell. The biggest difference is on mishits. He's getting base hits this season (whereas last year balls off the end of the Meta would be caught for outs -- especially oppo over 2B).

It's great watching these guys put meat in the seats with ease.

I recently got a atlas and in my opinion it's by far the best bat in bbcor juice and sweet spot is unmatched and swing weight it's light ash

My seven year old thinks Will is the coolest dude on the planet and as a father that’s a sweet deal. I really appreciate the baseball bat bros being such great stewards of the game. I've got a 33.5 bonesaber and 34 atlas. Tend to prefer the Atlas. The consistency is just marvelous-- getting the barrel around and through is just buttery smooth with perfect control. The Bonesaber sometimes has my best smacks, but it's a more unique swing. That's what I tend to tell people. Given the similarities, I wouldn't want to get used to the unique Bonesaber knob. Either way you're killing baseballs, but only one of them has a more translatable swing.

I am a freshman in hs and I swing a 32 bonesaber hybrid and I have had it for about a year now and once you get used to the handle it is the best bat on the market. Early when I had it people didn't know about it but know almost every game I go to I see one. The pop is crazy when you get a perfect barrel it feels like a USSSA but off the end it can be very dead but hands its juice I have hit balls to the fence that are jamming me and off the end so its really preference.

The 2020 Rawlings velo acp -5 usssa is a sleeper bat try it out

Will you guys ever test out the Easton J-Bat? It is made of graphite/carbon composite. It was a late 80’s/early 90’s bat. It’s different than the ceramic bat but just as obscure a bat as it. I saw one on eBay, a 33” drop 3. I’ve always wondered how they hit the ball.

Would love to see Exogrid 2 bbcor and Louisville slugger raid bbcor bats being used! You can get them for cheap now but in the day those were staples of my team.

As someone who has both I like the atlas a little more but it might just be that I customized the atlas to look like the solder tank😅

My kid is a freshman in high school this year and I had to swap out his beloved hybrid to the atlas because he was facing much faster pitching by varsity pitchers. The Atlas is just easier to swing.

My 14u is switching from cat9 composite to atlas getting ready for next fall. Also ordered a stinger guardian and a missile for the boys to try.

Question. I'm currently used to swing a heavy cat 9 connect bbcor. Should i buy a stinger nuke 2 for $130? Or a stinger guardian for $110? Is there a big sweet spot difference between the nuke and the guardian?

I ordered a guardian from guardian and with a promo code it was 80 bucks. Also have an atlas, obviously less sweet spot but good juice. Haven't tried the missile yet. If it's as heavy as a goods, it's a no go facing 80 to 85 in high school.

I'm glad the Bonesaber did not win by default like the Select Power Vs. Atlas (one of my favorite videos).

I’ve swung both and I choose the Atlas every time. Just way easier to swing and less getting used to with the knob, which I’m picky about. I know nobody asked, just my two cents on the topic.
