I swear that Molly does not have a stomach, but an interdimensional wormhole that magically transports all she eats to a hidden realm filled with the many MASSIVE meals and things she's power-devoured throughout her career! There is no other explanation, lol! A delicious and truly MASSIVE challenge! Well worth the price and a treat for the eyes as well as the belly! 72 ounces is 2kg for those of you too lazy to search. That's a lot of steak. I did a "Sink the Titanic" challenge that was a 3kg steak with chips (fries) and 1 liter of beer. I did it in the hour but I turned green and was ill for days. So this absolutely blows my mind to watch. All of Molly's challenges leave me speechless and strangely hungry. Amazing.

I love steak but I have to have mine cooked all the way through. lol. I don't like raw meat. Seems like a lot of money to charge for that steak considering how much fat was on it but that's me. I know you have to have some to maintain flavor but that was a lot of fat. Great job both of you, looks delicious.

Prime ribs are seared and then roasted slowly under low heat, making them more tender, while ribeyes are grilled quickly over high heat, making them more charred.

@@toolbaggers the difference in which they are prepared is critical. I never order prime rib because when I have it seems flavorless and grainy compared to a seared steak. You need the au jus with the prime rib, where as with the ribeye, that’s fantastic on its own. How it’s cut and how it’s prepared make a major difference. Next time don’t just copy and paste from google either…

A good prime rib can almost be cut with a fork. As a former chef I would have been fired for serving that.
